| 470 INTERNATINALE HQ-(20-8-2003) During the 40th Anniversary of the `470 Internationale`, celebrated with the Challenge Cornu, The 470 European Championships and 470 Sprint Cup, a Television crew has made a registration of the debuting spectator oriented `Sprint Cup` sailing discipline. The event format lets the 4 top ranked sailors out of the Men and Women`s EC Gold Fleet race each other on one race course during three races of approximately 20 minutes each. The overall winner wins an amount of 5000 Euros in cash. The TV Broadcasting schedule has been set allowing millions of spectators to enjoy the images of Worlds` best Olympic 470 sailors hunting the huge amount of prize money, and the eyes of millions Sailing TV spectators on a worldwide TV schedule. Keeping the Olympics out of sight, this worldwide TV broadcasting coverage might be the largest ever shown in connection to a One-Design sailing class. Schedule
